Corporate Governance

The company has a number of policies, procedures and plans in place that direct the way in which it interacts with external stakeholders, and in particular those from our local communities. These documents are designed to ensure all interactions are carried out in a transparent and ethical manner with mutual respect for all parties concerned demonstrated. Some of these corporate governance documents include;

A Community Engagement Plan;
A sponsorship and Donations Procedure; and
A Grievance and Dispute Resolution Procedure
